“Time” By Aday

I just woke up, 

I look at my watch

 it’s 10 o’clock 

look outside

 ooo it so bright,

I’m here to talk about time

invisible but deeply felt

sometimes it goes, sometimes it slow, 

but in reality it has a steady flow, 

something that always constant,

but uncontrollable, 

hard to manage, but always memorable 

Hard to track

But easy to find 

With time things grow, with time things die, 

with time you know right from wrong 

if time was a thing

 it would be dawn

many know it as time is money, 

time is free, 

 its priceless you can’t own it 

you can use it, 

its the most valuable thing you can spend 

 the key is not spending time

Its investing it,

  I forgot to tell you

 that time is my worst enemy

 because with time the future is uncertain 

but the end is always near 

so time definitely keeps me on my toes 

sad when it goes

 why? if it helps me grow 

now I walk in this lonely road

  look at my wrist 

 its 10 o’clock

 look at the sky , 

its already night 

 I notice, 

my watch, it stop ticking

 ever since I woke up, 

 just like that
